2.) Target Niche Specific Keywords To Attract Sales Leads – Create your content by targeting niche specific keywords that are receiving large volumes of search traffic through Google. You can find these keywords by using the Google AdWords Keyword Tool. Focus on keywords that are receiving 5000 to 15000 searches per month and start there. As you begin to generate traffic and leads then you can start targeting larger keywords and key phrases.  Also look at trending keywords and key phrases in your niche.  These types of keywords and key phrases can be a quick trip into large volumes of traffic faster than normal keywords and key phrases.

3.) Offer A Gift/Free Incentive To Your Visitors – People need a reason to opt-in to your list and convert from a visitor to a prospective client, or sales lead. Offering them a gift is a great way to entice them to fill out a form on site. The gift can be in the form of a monthly giveaway for a digital camera, a Kindle or something else that’s really cool, an informational incentive or even product samples.
